Margaret Donoghoe Sportsground

The Tigers are expected to be back on Margaret Donoghoe Sportsground by the end of March when restoration of the ground after the installation of a new sprinkler system by the Queanbeyan City Council is completed.

The Queanbeyan Park and Steve Mauger Sportsground have been the Clubs training venues since early January but as the season draws near both venues are becoming unsuitable due to lack of size of both grounds.

Work at the Margaret Donoghoe Sportsground was to have been completed last October but delays forced the Queanbeyan City Council to reschedule the work into the new year which has severely disrupted the Tigers preparation for 2006.

The unavailability of the ground has forced AFL Canberra to use alternate venues for the 2006 Pre Season competition.
