TRIVA NIGHT AN OVERWHELMING SUCCESS!!

The Queanbeyan Junior Tigers Trivia Night was held last Saturday night at the Queanbeyan Tigers Club. The night received huge support from Junior parents with over 100 people attending. Almost every grade provided a table and some even had enough for two tables.

The highlight of the evening had to be the music round. When the pre recorded music tape failed due to technical difficulties, MC Phil McClure improvised by asking all team Captains to sing in front of the entire audience!! This got a lot of laughs and some Captains were very reluctant to hand back the microphone (no names will be mentioned although you dont have to look any further than our Under 16 and Under 18 coaches to know what I'm talking about!!).

All in all, it was a fantastic night, with over $1500 being raised to support the Junior Football Club. Thank you to all Junior coaches, managers and parents that put so much work into getting everyone there. In addition the Juniors would like to thank the following for their contribution on the night: Alanna & Andrew Beer for general organisation of the night, our MC Phil McClure who also organised all the questions for the evening, Nicole Bright and Dane Miller for their help organising and assistance on the night and Judy Mustard for all the technological support.
