2024 McDonald's Queanbeyan Cup - Final Results & Ladders
EAST COAST EAGLES
BACK-to-BACK CHAMPIONS

East Coast Eagles again proved to be the team to beat at the 3rd Annual McDonald's QBN Cup coming out winners for a second straight year defeating host club Queanbeyan in what has been the most successful carnival yet.

Viewership also hit record numbers with at least 500 people attending Friday night, over 800 people through all of Saturday and just a tick over 400 for Sunday's finals. On top of this we also experienced record numbers on the All in Sports Livestream with 4,440 people watching the games live and currently 6,147 people watching the replays = Total views 10,587.

This year we welcomed 12 teams to the event up from 8 in 2023, with the quality of football played in very warm conditions being extraordinary and again shows how good our girls are and what a great spectacle they can put on!

On behalf of the Tigers – THANK YOU.

To everyone involved over the course of this journey, your efforts and commitment to be involved in our carnival allowed us to put AFL women’s footy on the front page locally and ensured that this competition has a future for many years to come. But again, this doesn’t happen without your support so thank you.

To all of our Partners, McDonald's Queanbeyan, Patches Asphalt, Barlens Party Hire, Coca-Cola, Go Troppo, Scottos Food Logistics, The Tigers Club, AFL Canberra and QPRC – Thank you!

Your contributions to the success of the carnival were incredible, the girls felt the love and support from you all.

All in Sports was awesome. The quality of the coverage was super and added another classy touch.

The spirit of which your players and coaches played the games and conducted themselves should make you clubs very proud to know they are representing your brand with style.

Finally, to our wonderful team of Tigers Volunteers who went over and above during the 3 days to ensure everything ran smoothly. If I have missed out on someone, I am truly sorry but thank you and we look forward to hopefully seeing you all again in 2025.
