The club is thrilled to announce that current Premiership Coach Adrian Pavese and two time Premiership Coach Kade Klemke will be joining forces and will Co-Coach the Tigers 1st Grade men's team in 2021!

On the back of winning the 2020 AFL Canberra 1st Grade Men's Premiership, the Queanbeyan Tigers have moved quickly to sure up their coaching structures in preparation for the defense of the title.
Klemke and Pavese are no strangers in working closely together at the Tigers when the club won the 2012 NEAFL Premiership defeating the Sydney Swans, Klemke was the Head Coach and Pavese the Senior Assistant.

Adding to the coaching team in 2021 will be Paul James who will continue as the Senior Assistant and will now add Chairman of Selectors to his roll. Paul was a massive part of the Premiership in 2020 and was also a big part of the coaching team during the 2012 NEAFL Flag.
Planning, recruitment & retention has already begun with new players Joe Stapleton & Isaac Edgar already committing to the club for 2021 while a host of this years premiership side already signing on for a crack at back to back. More announcements will follow soon.
The 1st Grade Women's role has also been announced with Chris Clifton once again leading the program in 2021.

While the result wasn't what the girls wanted in the 2020 Grand Final, Chris has the program humming and with both 1sts & Reserves Women's teams playing off in the last two years deciders no one can fault the direction the girls are heading.
Player signings of the current list have started with 15 players already signing up for 2021. Chris will be joined by assistants Matt McGrath, Carly Res, Dave Vosnakes and Anthony Boyd.
The Women's Reserves will once again be led by Kenny Sissons for a second season and will be assisted by Andrew Harvey.
Paul Campbell has stepped aside as Men's Reserves Coach with the club looking at options in the coming weeks. The Rising Stars role is expected to be announced in the next fortnight.
