Writer's picture: QBN Tigers ClubQBN Tigers Club

60 associates of the Tigers Club were on hand last Saturday to assist in a working bee in and around the renovation of the grandstand facility.  In addition a massive cleanup of the ground occurred with litter, hedging and general maintenance of areas being attended too.

It was a fantastic effort by all concerned which included past and present day players, members of the Tigerettes, parents of players, many volunteers and a few club officials.

The Club would like to thank all those who attended.  When complete the grandstand facility will accommodate larger change room facilities for the home team and visiting team, increased area for the canteen, new ladies and disabled toilets and new facilities for both men and women umpires.

The next working bee will be on 29 March from 8.00am.
