Chubbsy is Back!

Welcome back to one of the Tigers very favourite people in Tony “Chubbsy” Innaimo.

The name Innaimo is well known around the Tigers Football Club especially through the 70, 80 and 90’s with the entire Innaimo Family being heavily involved through our Junior, Senior and Licensed Club activities.

The Tony Innaimo Transport Business is well known Australia wide and will now be involved as a Major Sponsor of the Tigers Club joining an elite group of former players who are becoming involved through their respective businesses.

“Chubbsy” played many games for the Club which included being a squad member of the 1998 and 2000 1st Grade Premiership teams under the guidance of James Dore.

He was a member of the 1989 Reserve Grade Premiership team, has assisted the Club by way being a senior grade runner, match day facilitator and most importantly has provided strong friendship and support to our younger players during his previous association with the Tigers Organisation.

He is a member of the Tigers 100 Club, a former Reserve Grade Best and Fairest winner (1997) as well as being the ACTAFL Reserve Grade Player of the Year in 1997.

His attendance at the NEAFL match on the Gold Coast (along with a number of other former senior grade premiership players when the Tigers travelled to take on Southport last year) ignited his desire to once again be involved as a Major Sponsor of the club – a position he has previously held.
