Matt Liddle to play his 150th Club Match.

The Tigers Matt Liddle will play his 150th Club match against Belconnen on Saturday in the NEAFL Round 7 Clash at the redeveloped Kippax Oval.   This includes 134 1st Grade AFL Canberra / NEAFL games.

Matt joined the Tigers from St Edmunds College and has been a regular senior grade player.  A late starter to the game of AFL with a background in basketball he adapted his ball skills well to our game and has become a very important player within the Tigers playing group.

He would have passed this milestone some time ago had it not been for a serious run of injures which has included a broken leg in 2007 and a shoulder operation in 2008.  He also missed a substantial part of the 2012 season with a wrist injury.

Congratulations Matt on this wonderful achievement.  We look forward to your 150th 1st Grade next year.
