Tigers Triple Premiership Coach Adrian Pavese has been appointed Coach of the AFL Canberra Representative team to play an Indigenous team in Sydney on 9 June at Blacktown.
He will be assisted by former Tigers player / administrator and now Premiership Coach of Harman Hogs Matt Weickhardt.
Kym Lovett from the Tuggeranong Hawks is the Team Manager.
Players will be selected from the AFL Canberra Division 1, 2 and 3 Clubs and will not include players who have played at the NEAFL level this year.
The team will be apart of the selection trials for the NSW Country Team which will compete in in the 2012 Australian Country Championships in Wagga.
Pav has also be appointed Assistant Coach for both the NEAFL Eastern Conference Rep Team which is Coached by Ainslie Premiership Coach Chris Rourke that will play the Northern Conference and the U21 NSW/ACT Representative Team Coached by Jason Saddington that will play QLD in May.
