The Queanbeyan Tigers Junior Football Club capped off a stellar season at Mondays AFL Canberra Junior League Awards.
The club would like to thank all of our Sponsors, volunteers, coach’s, managers, parents and players who have all helped to contribute to the Junior Club winning the Club of the YEAR Award!!
“We have a wonderful base of parents, sponsors and volunteers who have continued to help present this as a family and community minded organisation” Football Manager Adrian Pavese said.
“Our club is something special, when ever I need help with fundraising our parents jump to it. It is never a drama finding coach’s and managers and the Junior Club thank you all. Also to all of our valued sponsors with out your support we wouldn’t be able to provide such a wonderful product so thank you” he added
Below are our achievements from the night:
U16s Div 1 stars Toby Yeates 2nd & Stephen Camp Winner at the League B&F night
U16s Div 2 stars Mark Solway 2nd & Jeremy McDonald 4th at the League B&F night.
U16s Div 2 player Tristan Kilpatrick won the Garry Matheson Trophy for community work.
Under 14s stars Jeramey Edwards & Alex Page tied equal Third in the League Best & Fairest.
Daniel Hespe 150 games, Harley Beckett, Caleb Hardy & Steven McKenzie 100 games
