Coaches for 2014 confirmed.

The Tigers have announced their Coaching line up for 2014 which includes a co–coaching role at the NEAFL level plus the return of 2012 NEAFL Premiership Assistant Coach Adrian Pavese to a similar role for 2014.

Josh Bryce has accepted the role as co-coach of the NEAFL team along with current Coach Kade Klemke. He is looking forward to the role after being in a transitional coaching position with the Tigers over the past two seasons (as well as being an assistant coach to the NEAFL team this year).

Devested by a knee injury pre season (that required major surgery) Bryce missed the entire 2013 campaign but is looking forward to a return to the playing arena next year.

He joined the Tigers in 2012 after being recruited by former team mate Kade Klemke who had been appointed as the Tigers youngest senior grade coach in the history of the Club. The Club sees this as a possible transitional period for the 22 year old (Bryce) as he further develops his coaching attributes at a high level.

His position in local football was recently recognised by AFL Canberra when they named him as Coach of the Year for his services to the Tigers Club along with assistance to various development squads and the GIANTS Academy.

Pavese rejoins the organisation after a year coaching in the strong Ovens and Murray Football League with Corowa Rutherglen. He is returning to the area due to family matters and is a welcome addition to the Tigers Coaching panel – an area he is very familiar having guided the Tigers to four successive Division 1 Grand Finals for premierships in 2011, 2010 and 2009 missing the 2008 title by 2 points.

Michael Hutchinson will take over the Conditioning Coach role after assisting Robbie Thompson in the position during the year. “Thomo” will be involved with Player Welfare and Management of high performance training through the ranks.

The Tigers have so far reappointed AFL Canberra 1st Grade Coach Paul Campbell, Ladies Tigerettes Coach Robert Anderson and Under 18 Grade co coach Peter Jensen along with assistant Dave Matthews . Other appointments will be confirmed in coming weeks.
