We hereby give Notice, as Directors of the Company, that we intend to propose a resolution at the General Meeting of the Company, for members to consider, and if thought fit, remove Shane Bellchambers, of BellchambersBarrett as Auditor and to appoint Tim Allen, of Laterals Accounting Solutions as replacement Auditor.
The following resolutions will be made at the meeting:
(a) RESOLVED that Shane Bellchambers, of BellchambersBarrett, be removed as Auditor of the Company.
(b) RESOLVED, as a special resolution, that Tim Allen, of Laterals Accounting Solutions, having been duly nominated, be appointed as Auditor of the Company.

As a community-based organisation, we are taking advice on COVID–19 seriously, and as a result have implemented the following measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff, members, guests, and visitors. Our primary concern will be to protect people, ensure our obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and maintain our duty of care to our staff, and to persons on, or seeking to visit our premises.
You must sign in upon arrival using the Service NSW app or visit safe QR codes available on all smart phones. You must show staff the green tick once completed. A manual sign in sheet is available for guests who do not use a smart phone.
The one person per two square meter rule will apply across the whole venue.
All persons whose place of employment, education or socialisation that has been closed due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 are not to enter the Club.
All persons who experience or show signs of flu like symptoms are not to enter the Club. These symptoms may include fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness, and shortness of breath. Persons who are onsite and showing flu like symptoms will be asked to leave the premises.
We encourage all persons who are experiencing flu like symptoms to follow the advice of NSW Health. For more information on COVID-19 visit www.health.nsw.gov.au/coronavirus.
Please help continue safe social distancing, sanitising and practise good hand hygiene whilst at our venue. Sanitiser pumps are located around our venue at the entrance to every area.
Patrons who do not cooperate with our advice in relation to COVID-19 will be asked to leave our premises.
