Two Women’s Teams Confirmed!

The Queanbeyan Tigers Women’s Program has now gone full circle with the club confirming Tuesday that they will field two teams in the AFL Canberra Women’s League for the first time!

On the back of a hugely successful Hannah Dunn Academy (which will continue at years end), the signing of Walmsley Building Solutions  (Tigers Female Programs Partner) & Sleep Doctor Fyshwick / Batemans Bay (Footballs Partner) and 40 plus players currently attending training, the club heads into exciting and growing times!

The best part of fielding two teams will be the opportunities for all players that train hard, will get a game of footy on the weekend. The Youth Girls U15s & U18s are also looking good early into recruiting and are still looking for girls who want to give AFL a go and like the seniors welcome any former and new players to the club.
